Our Approach to Fitness is Like No Other.
We use the resistance of Mother Nature, your own body weight and passive resistance tools such as medicine balls, ropes, sleds and sand bags to challenge your physiological systems.
When we say the resistance of “mother nature”, we’re saying that our gym is outside and in the elements. Our location in the Outer Banks of North Carolina gives us the opportunity to test ourselves on miles of pristine beaches and of course the Atlantic Ocean. Let the energy that shapes the coast shape your body while it also awakens your body, mind and soul. Try, just try to resist the sand and water to see how much potential you have been holding.
Not an accomplished athlete? Not comfortable in a gym? Past or present injuries? Not to worry. Our instructor has been training US Military Rescue Operators in fitness, strength and aquatic movements for over 25 years to maintain their operational fitness while working through injuries. His knowledge as a certified OFT (Operational Fitness Trainer) and military physical fitness trainer will help him identify your strengths and build on any weaknesses that present themselves.
Show up expecting to get sandy, salty and leaving exhausted but also awakened and invigorated. Not the gym, Not physical therapy, but Physical Recalibration.
